Your responsibilities

• Sales Manager responsible for both direct accounts and distribution partners.
• Development and support of national and international accounts within the sales area.
• Preparation of offers and framework agreements.
• Monitoring of action plans and budget targets.
• Identifying new applications and opportunities in the sales area, and analyzing profitability.
• Ensuring up-to-date knowledge of the target market, including its potential, volumes, market share, competitive landscape, and developments.
• Actively contributing to the development and implementation of the division's growth strategy.
• Serving as a liaison between accounts and internal teams (Quality, Product Management, and Customer Service Center).

Our requirements

• Completed basic commercial or technical training, studies, or advanced specialist training with a focus on technical sales.
• Technical sales experience as a Sales Manager in composite materials (resin, glass fiber, core materials).
• International sales experience (experience abroad is an advantage).
• Industry knowledge in the composites sector.
• Experience in providing customer-focused solutions.
• Strong initiative and results orientation.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and recognize customer needs.
• Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in another European language considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and acquisition skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time.
