Your responsibilities

• Implementation of marketing strategy for Retix.C brands
• Development and implementation of marketing and trade marketing strategies, tactics and brand activation plans -> focus on the promotion channel to HCPs
• Preparation of recommendation for brand portfolio strategy, pricing strategy
• Preparation of new product launches with implementation strategy and necessary tools
• Development and adaptation of digital communication with patients
• Market and sales analysis,
• Development and monitoring of sales activation tools with close cooperation with Medical Representatives and KAM in the field
• Development of promotional materials and providing with product trainings of the sales force
• Preparation of monthly forecasting and demand planning
• Responsibility for brand’s P&L
• Preparation and coordinating monthly business review meetings with local teams, preparation of presentations of activity plans and trade presentations for sales meetings
• Taking part in regular field visits

Our requirements

• Experience in brand marketing as Marketing Specialist or Junior Brand Manager with at least 3 years’ experience. Experience in pharma business, medicine aesthetics or dermocosmetics will be an asset.
• Potential to understand all aspects of brand management
• Self-driven, multitasking as well as independent, creative and enterprising person with high self-motivation and initiative skills
• Very good organizational skills as well as ability to manage few project at the same time with high dynamics
• Very good analytical (ability to conduct analysis and draw the right conclusions on their base) and presentational skills
• Ability to successfully navigate multiple stakeholder environments
• English at a minimum B2 level
• Good command of MS Office with focus on Excel and Power Point
