Your responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of 11 Software Development Engineers in developing cloud and edge-based solutions that meet real-world needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align team efforts with strategic business goals, ensuring alignment and transparency in planning and execution of R&D initiatives.
• Create a psychologically safe environment where team members are encouraged to take initiative, share ideas, and challenge assumptions.
• Build strong partnerships across global teams—including stakeholders in Finland and Norway—as well as with third-party partners.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, fostering resilience and agility within the team to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Our requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise-grade software development, particularly in back-end systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and availability; University degree in Computer Science or similar field; experience in C#, Azure.
• A track record of leadership in agile environments, particularly with Scrum, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to a variety of audiences and foster mutual understanding across cultural and technical boundaries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects from ideation through delivery, and navigate ambiguity with clarity and purpose.
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
