Your responsibilities

• Greeting Guests:
• • Welcoming customers and escorting them to their table.
• • Providing menus and informing about daily specials or promotions.
• Taking Orders:
• • Offering menu recommendations (ingredients, allergens, portion sizes, etc.).
• • Taking food and drink orders (verbally or through an ordering system).
• Serving Food and Beverages:
• • Ensuring correct and timely delivery of orders.
• • Following proper table service and presentation standards.
• Guest Service During the Meal:
• Handling Payments:
• • Preparing the bill and accepting payments (cash, card, etc.).
• • Returning change or providing a receipt.
• Maintaining Cleanliness:
• • Cleaning tables after guests leave.
• • Keeping the dining area and utensils clean and orderly.
• Communication with Kitchen and Bar:
• Problem Solving and Guest Complaints:
• • Addressing guest concerns or dissatisfaction professionally.
• • Notifying the manager if needed.

Our requirements

• • Experience as a waitress/waiter
• • German level A2 or higher
• • If German is weak, good English is required
• • Experience with POS systems or handling guest payments is a plus
• • Strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to work under pressure
• • Valid residence permit in Austria, Blue Card, or EU citizenship
