Twój zakres obowiązków

• Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate Worldwide Air & Sea and Rail shipments.
• To ensure daily operations are completed as per procedures for each shipment.
• To ensure proper follow-up with all outstanding matters.
• Negotiation with carriers (shipping lines, airlines, etc.).
• Quotations, pricing and Invoicing.
• Strong customer relationships to understand requirements and always deliver excellent customer service.

Nasze wymagania

• Knowledge of all Import/Export regulations and documents.
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.
• Air / Ocean Freight Import or Export experience in freight forwarding, dangerous Goods Certificate will be an advantage.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).
• Must be Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Self-Motivated, reliable, well organized, team-player.
