Your responsibilities

  • Your role will be to support our HUB – the Global Operations Centre, whose business function is to collaborate with our brands from other parts of the world in the scope of providing them with resources.
  • Cooperating with Leadership in the areas of development, advisory, and support in daily duties.
  • Developing the training area for employees and leadership.
  • Overseeing the Performance Management process.
  • International cooperation within the framework of projects implemented Globally and cross-hub.
  • Implementing other employee development projects.
  • Implementing HR projects, such as salary reviews, satisfaction surveys, succession planning, and others.
  • Streamlining operations by utilizing our AI solutions.
  • Conducting offboarding processes.
  • Reporting on HR metrics.

Our requirements

  • If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
  • Higher degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, covering core HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, other).
  • A desire to develop within various HR projects, as well as proactivity and independence.
  • Experience supporting or partnering with business functions on people-related matters.
  • Very good knowledge of labour law.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness and openness to work in an international environment - we cooperate with the UK, US, India, and LATAM.
  • Openness to innovation and a dynamic work environment.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
