Twój zakres obowiązków

• Material characterization & testing – perform material analysis (metals, electronic components, polymers)
• Using techniques such as SEM/EDX, FTIR, XRF, X-Ray, optical microscopy, mechanical testing, cross sectioning etc.
• Verification materials properties according to design specs. and standards
• Failure analysis e.g. delamination, corrosion, cracks
• Root cause analysis and findings documentation
• Close work with Quality, SQE, R&D and ME departments
• Support manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standard

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in technical expertise in material science min. 3 years
• Familiarity with automotive standards IATF 16949, VDA
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on lab skills and safe lab practice
• Adaptability to fast-paced production environment and shifting priorities
