Your responsibilities

• Managing the daily work of the team of warehouse supervisors and warehousemen in the area of inbound and outbound logistics operations;
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising warehouse operations within the assigned area;
• Monitoring process efficiency and initiating and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and work quality;
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Sales, Inventory Control) to ensure efficient warehouse operations;
• Supporting and motivating the team, fostering a positive atmosphere, and maintaining a high level of engagement and teamwork;
• Training and onboarding new employees, as well as participating in competency assessments and team development;
• Taking part in optimization projects and implementing new tools and systems supporting logistics.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role;
• English language proficiency at B2 level (comfortable communication required);
• Strong team management, work organization, and operational problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of warehouse processes related to inbound and outbound logistics operations;
• Willingness to work in a shift system.

Optional

• Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
