About the project

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to lead our Digital Transformation team, which focuses on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). This individual will be instrumental in planning, delivering, and scaling automation and digital innovation initiatives throughout the organization. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and project ownership.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers and analysts
• Act as Product Owner within a Scrum team, managing the backlog and priorities
• Plan and oversee digital transformation projects from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and define solutions
• Design and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance of all delivered solutions
• Drive innovation and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Our requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong project and team management skills, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience acting as a Product Owner or similar role
• Ability to analyse and optimise business processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Optional

• Familiarity with Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-600)
• Experience working in international or cross-functional teams
