Your responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute impactful, multi-channel marketing strategies across Europe—aligned with sales goals and tailored to local markets. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Brand Identity & Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, fully aligned with Dell and ALSO brand guidelines.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to guide strategy, optimize campaigns, and measure performance.
• Budget Ownership: Manage global vendor MDF budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across countries.
• Cross-Country Collaboration: Lead central campaigns in close partnership with local teams, vendors, and agencies—sharing best practices and aligning efforts across markets.

Our requirements

• Fluent in English and a Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• 4+ years B2B experience in agency, consulting, or marketing project management
• Strong campaign planning and execution under tight deadlines
• Skilled in stakeholder presentations and QBR contributions
• Solid commercial acumen and sales-aligned marketing expertise
• Deep knowledge of B2B, digital marketing, and online processes
• Familiarity with IT channel, vendors, and MDF budgets is a plus
• Strong project management with strategic oversight
• Creative negotiator with a solutions-driven mindset
• Nice to have: Fluency in other languages: German, Polish, Italian
