Your responsibilities

• Assist in all operations during the start-up period
• Assist in business development
• Consult in technical decisions
• Select suppliers referring to investment goods and production materials
• Fulfilment of on-site tasks
• Assist in selection of personnel and employees’ training
• Assist to the local management
• Transfer of the group-wide corporate culture
• Follow-up of the main suppliers concerning costs, quality and timing
• Support the plant managers to achieve the required aims concerning productivity and profitability targets
• Transfer new production technologies in the different plants
• Report to the COO of the Group

Our requirements

• Bachelor/Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing
• Good knowledge in injection molding of plastics (thermoplastics)
• LEAN principles: Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing TQM and IATF 16949
• 2+ years of professional experience in similar function
• Good knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of languages:
• Good knowledge in English is mandatory
• Another foreign language like Italian and French is an asset
• Good communication skills
• Well-structured working method
• High sense of responsibility
• Readiness of permanent education
• Team player mindset
• Readiness to travel
