Your responsibilities

• Operate, support, and continuously improve the SAP S/4HANA system with focus on FICO (Finance & Controlling, tax and treasury) and HCM (incl. SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Ensure availability, performance, and continuity of the SAP systems in a production environment (in alignment with the hosting partner)
• Act as system owner for finance and HR related modules, driving technical and functional stability
• Act as subject matter expert for technical questions on financial reporting
• Independently conduct hands-on customization and configuration based on business requirements
• Collaborate with key users and business process owners to translate functional needs into technical solutions
• Act as second-level support for SAP FICO/HCM-related incidents and requests
• Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions efficiently in alignment with support teams
• Manage SAP change requests, coordinate testing, and ensure proper release into production
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA projects, including system testing, data migration, upgrades, rollouts and extensions
• Support and maintain interfaces between SAP and third-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, banks and consolidation tools)
• Monitor and troubleshoot data exchange processes, including IDOCs, BAPIs, and APIs

Our requirements

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field; SAP certifications in FICO and/or SuccessFactors are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in SAP, with strong expertise in FICO and HCM/SuccessFactors; experience in S/4HANA in a manufacturing company is preferred
• Proven ability to implement configuration changes independently, without external support
• Solid understanding of finance, controlling, and HR business processes
• Experience with SAP system operations, basic BASIS knowledge, and role-based authorizations
• Practical experience in customizing SAP, role-based authorizations, and data management
• Strong problem-solving skills, structured and proactive working style
• Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
