Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for NGP NPD projects, from innovation through post-launch
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams (Innovation, Quality, Ops, Legal, Finance, etc.)
• Ensure robust and transparent, policy-compliant procurement decisions aligned with KPIs
• Represent Procurement in I2L stage gates and steering committees
• Oversee new supplier onboarding in line with IMB standards
• Negotiate material costs, support annual pricing, resolve supplier issues, and assist with planning

Our requirements

• Educational background in Engineering or Sciences
• Strong experience in direct procurement, category management, and supplier onboarding; proven track record in launching new products/processes and leading projects
• Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, with a talent for delivering through others
• Skilled collaborator in matrixed and cross-functional teams
• Resilient and an expert at juggling multiple priorities in fast-changing environments
• Commercially savvy, curious, highly organized, and an excellent communicator
