Your responsibilities

• Prepare for your lessons by going through the provided material and deciding how it should be taught based on the student’s needs
• Teach individual lessons as well as small groups
• Create a positive learning environment where students can feel free to make mistakes and experiment with the language
• Your schedule is based on your availability. We ask that you commit to providing 10-20 lessons per week.
• Important: We currently have two groups that need a teacher in August/September: Thursday at 18:30-21:00, Monday 18:30-21:00
• Most asked slots: Monday - Friday: 17-20

Our requirements

• A passion for teaching and excellent communication skills
• You’re driven, self-organised, and comfortable with technology
• You are either a registered student under the age of 26 or can legally work as a freelancer
• Technical equipment (internet, headset with mic, laptop/desktop with camera)
• Comfortable quiet working environment
• Advanced level German language skills (C1+)
• You are studying (or studied) Polish Language or similar (e.g. education, linguistics)
• Ideally you have experience teaching Polish (not essential)

• Compensation depends on the contract:

• ○ Students: €13 per 45-minute lesson
