Your responsibilities

  • Join Customer Care Management (CCM) as we transform for international customer excellence in a digital world. We need you to standardize processes and drive innovation!
  • Your task:
  • You initiate, plan, lead, control, and successfully complete strategic cross-divisional and international projects and programs. You coordinate resources and priorities within an international team and ensure that projects are delivered fast and effectively. You introduce and implement tailored project management methods (from lean to scrum to waterfall) depending on the needs of each project and team. You set up and lead key decision-making boards, challenge stakeholders, and identify synergies across countries to create tangible business value.
  • Your contribution:
  • You actively shape the big picture and drive forward initiatives that have a real strategic impact on our organization. You create business cases, evaluate cost-benefit outcomes, and make decisions that strengthen our international growth. With your holistic perspective, you enable cross-functional collaboration and ensure our projects deliver measurable results.

Our requirements

  • Your education:
  • You have successfully completed a study or an apprenticeship with a commercial focus.
  • Your experience:
  • You bring several years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional, and international projects. You are used to working with different stakeholders, including top management, and have a proven track record of delivering strategic programs. You know how to navigate between strategic thinking and operational excellence. And your knowledge of customer service processes is an advantage.
  • Your skills:
  • You have a minimum B2-level English proficiency, an entrepreneurial mindset, holistic thinking, and experience in various project management methodologies (e.g., lean, scrum, waterfall, project scorecard, project plan). You can make decisions based on business cases. Your entrepreneurial and holistic way of thinking and your analytical skills (reporting, data, success criteria for project management, etc.) round off your profile.
  • Your softskills:
  • You are an inspiring project leader and a strong communicator who empowers and motivates teams. You build trust quickly and lead with empathy, integrity, and authenticity. You enjoy guiding diverse teams, fostering creativity, and driving projects with passion and vision. And you have a strong customer focus.
