About the project

• We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst, who'll support our client - a leader in information management helping organizations to protect, unlock, and maximize the value of their information.
• 🗝️Fully remote work (from Poland)
• 🗝️Start date: Immediate (up to 3-4 weeks' notice period is acceptable)
• 🗝️Long-term cooperation

Your responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for new software and services
• Create backlogs, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Master and challenge requirements gathered from stakeholders (internal and external)
• Sketch UI and mock up REST services
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, operations, and stakeholders
• Participate in testing of provided solutions
• Contribute to software architecture and business logic design
• Represent the company in client meetings, particularly in IT and implementation discussions

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business System Analyst in the development of complex web systems
• Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Understanding of REST and microservices architecture
• At least basic SQL knowledge and ability to create queries
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Full proficiency in English (at least C1) and Polish (native)
• At least basic knowledge of SCRUM
