Your responsibilities

• Support GL payroll processes across assigned countries,
• Work closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely processing of GL clearing items,
• Handle payroll data, ensuring compliance with legal standards and data protection,
• Validate payroll inputs, reconcile output files, and address discrepancies efficiently,
• Monitor compliance activities as needed,
• Communicate risks and follow escalation protocols for smooth payroll processing,
• Engage with employees, clients, and third-party providers for timely and accurate payroll,
• Coordinate payroll cycles and year-end projects for assigned countries,
• Support year-end and country-specific processes,
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance processes/tools,
• Keep process knowledge current through training and documentation,
• Serve as a backup and provide training for team members.

Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Independent GL Accountant,
• Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
• Experience with SAP HR & Payroll and Microsoft Office,
• An ability to coordinate payroll cycles with high accuracy,
• An ability to understand both detailed aspects and the broader context of processes,
• Sense of ownership of assigned tasks,
• Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.
