About the project

• We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for our IT Department, to work within development teams on an internationally used financial product. The Scrum Master's responsibility is to work closely with the Scrum teams and support them in their daily work. Among other things, the Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum Events, supports the teams in self-organization, removes impediments, questions and adapts processes, and drives agility. Our full-time working week is only 34 hours, working times are flexible and 100% home office is an option. Check out our benefits!

Your responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated Scrum Master for up to two development teams, guiding them through Agile practices with purpose and flexibility
• Help teams continuously improve by facilitating ceremonies, encourage experimentation, and supporting ownership, while adapting your approach depending on the team, situation and maturity.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and other stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and remove blockers​
• Champion transparency, data driven predictability, and a sustainable delivery pace across your teams​, while keeping an eye on team health, acting early when things feel off and contributing to the wider Agile community within the company

Our requirements

• To be organized, communicative and team-minded
• Show analytical and creative skills​
• Experience with agile practices​
• Fluency in English (communication with an international team)​
• Experience with Jira/Confluence is an advantage
