Your responsibilities

  • building up and leading a team of finance and controlling specialists and experts,
  • preparing long- term financial planning and annual budgets for Brose Sitech Group entities (currently eight),
  • continuous development of group-wide reporting (KPIs, automation, design, etc.) and monthly reporting (to the Management Board, shareholders, etc.),
  • cash flow planning and liquidity control on group level,
  • investment planning on group level,
  • integration of new companies and investments in the Group's financial reporting,
  • further development of the Group's transfer pricing set-up (policy, framework),
  • support with the consolidation of the Brose Sitech Group in accordance with IFRS (annual financial statements),
  • provide uniform methods /guidelines/processes for planning, analysis, and reporting.

Our requirements

  • university degree in economics, accounting, business administration or a related field,
  • several years of work experience in a comparable position,
  • at least 3 years of experience in team management,
  • fluency in German and English,
  • excellent financial data analysis, forecasting and report preparation skills,
  • meticulous in performing duties, able to work under time pressure,
  • high level of professional ethics and care about the confidentiality of financial data,
  • very good, goal-oriented communication and negotiation skills,
  • ability to make quick and accurate business decisions,
  • proactive approach to problem solving and excellent organizational skills,
  • B-category driver's license and readiness for frequent domestic and international business travels.

Optional

  • knowledge of SAP,
  • experience in the automotive industry,
  • experience in managing an international team.
