Your responsibilities

• The main goal of this position is an effective implementation of global Lean program and toolset to operations and offices area in 2 plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).
• Lead deployment of Lean methodology across all departments.
• Conduct maturity assessments and set development goals.
• Optimize production processes for quality, time, and cost efficiency.
• Implement and sustain Continuous Improvement practices.
• Organize Lean trainings and workshops and build knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy and action plans.
• Engage with global Lean community and share best practices.
• Support local managers in Lean initiatives and project updates.

Our requirements

• Educational background: A higher education degree, ideally in a technical field or business management, is preferred.
• Lean expertise & certification: at least 5 years of experience working with Lean methodology is necessary, with a minimum of 3 years focused on implementing Lean philosophy and concepts within production environment. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Black Belt certification is a significant advantage.
• Transformation & implementation experience: demonstrated experience in leading Lean transformations and managing change at a factory level is required, along with coordinating and implementing Lean programs in both operational and office environments.
• Project management: strong project management and training facilitation skills are crucial for this role.
• Core competencies: success in this role demands excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, advanced communication skills (Polish and English fluent), a proactive and creative attitude, and adaptability to change. A high degree of personal integrity and professionalism is also expected.
