Your responsibilities

  • Role Overview: We are seeking an entrepreneurial B2B Lending Advisor to build our lending client base from the ground up. This is your opportunity to take complete ownership of the sales process, leverage your network, and directly impact our growth in a key strategic role. You will be a vital link between our clients, market partners, and internal risk department. This is a field-based role for a proactive individual ready to hunt for leads, build lasting relationships, and earn aggressively based on performance.
  • Key Responsibilities – Things You Will Do:
  • • Drive Sales: Actively source, hunt, and acquire SME clients for our lending products using your network and direct outreach.
  • • Own the Client Relationship: Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying client needs and performing an initial analysis of credit documentation to negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • • Collaborate with Risk: Work in close cooperation with our Risk Department, participate in credit committees, and co-present credit applications to secure financing for your clients.
  • • Manage Partner Channels: Coordinate with external brokers and banking advisors, managing communication between them and our internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
  • • Provide Market Feedback: Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights with our product team to shape the future of our lending solutions.
  • Our Selection Criteria:
  • • Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in financial services (banking, leasing, factoring).
  • • Network: A proven, active network of business contacts and financial intermediaries in Poland.
  • • Skills:
  • o Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
  • o Proven knowledge of financial and credit analysis principles.
  • o Solid understanding of SME accounting documents and Polish taxation forms.
  • o Highly developed communication and negotiation skills in both Polish and English.
  • • License: A valid driving license (Category B) and readiness for fieldwork.

  • • Have experience working as a Credit Advisor (Doradca Kredytowy) within a Polish brokerage firm.
  • • Possess a professional license or certification as a credit broker.
  • • Have worked in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment.

What we offer

  • Role & Remuneration:

  • Role type: B2B Contract, Full-time, Hybrid/Field-based.

  • Location: Warsaw, Poland (with travel).

  • Remuneration: We offer a highly attractive and transparent package designed to reward high performers.

  • Base Salary: 10,000 – 13,000 PLN net (+ VAT) on a B2B contract, commensurate with your experience and network.

  • Commission: A highly motivational, uncapped commission structure based on your sales results.
