About the project

• We are currently looking for L2 and L3 engineers, who will provide Workplace support in the area of O365, Windows Laptop patching, Account Provisioning, Printing Support.

Your responsibilities

• Systems design, porting /software integration, systems installation / decomimisioning, systems software, IT operations
• Monitoring correct operations of Workstations (Laptops) incl. hardware and software, performing acceptance testing, replying to user comments, and examining performance & user experience
• Assistance in creation and delivery of electronic communication inside and outside the client organization
• Support for workstations via Aremote access
• Coordinating operational activities together with technical teams from other departments and with the support of service providers to ensure system stability and further development and enhancements
• Follow up/fix findings found by regular technical/security audits

Our requirements

• Primary skills:
• • Monitoring Windows workstations (Laptops) via a content management system
• • System scripting languages as Microsoft Windows PowerShell
• • Troubleshooting of Windows Workstations environments from an application perspective (e.g. O365, M365)
• Secondary skills:
• • Intune & SCCM Management
• • Knowledge and experience in system administration and services configuration on Microsoft Windows, databases, network, troubleshooting and application knowledge
• • English and German language is must have.
