Your responsibilities

  • Role Overview
  • As a Territory Sales Manager at Odyss.ai AG (www.theodyss.ai), a Swiss-based company specialized in delivering Data & AI projects to enterprise customers, you will be the growth engine driving our presence and revenue across Switzerland. With your strategic mindset and hands-on selling skills, coupled with a good understanding of the technology landscape, challenges and business opportunities in Data & AI, you will build and maintain a high-quality pipeline, close deals with precision, and consistently exceed new customer acquisition targets. If you thrive in a fast-paced AI-driven environment and have the grit to go from cold contact to signed contract, this is the role for you.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • • Pipeline Generation:
  • o Identify and qualify leads through our Go-To-Market plan, including relationship building with our Data & AI technology partners, events, referrals, market intelligence, outbound and inbound activities and existing account management.
  • o Drive top-of-funnel activities using CRM tools, automation platforms, and personalized outreach.
  • • Sales Execution:
  • o Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close.
  • o Forecast, track, and report sales activities weekly to leadership.
  • o Tailor pitches to client needs using Odyss.ai existing solution catalogue, datasheets, presentations and industry-specific use cases.
  • • New Customer Acquisition:
  • o Hit and exceed quarterly targets for new enterprise customers across Switzerland.
  • o Build strong customer and partner relationships through trust, responsiveness, and consultative selling.
  • • Territory Planning:
  • o Own and refine territory strategy, prioritizing sectors with highest ROI.
  • o Collaborate cross-functionally with Go-to-Market and delivery team.
  • • Market Intelligence: Stay on top of trends in the Swiss AI ecosystem, competitive landscape, and customer sentiment.

Our requirements

  • Candidate Profile
  • • Data & AI university degree. If possible, proven 2-3 year success in B2B SaaS sales, Data & AI sales would be a strong plus
  • • Some knowledge of the Swiss market would be a strong plus
  • • Fluent in English; French or German would be a strong plus
  • • Self-starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong hunter and can-do attitude.
  • • CRM-savvy
  • • Reliable and proactive team player

  • • Competitive Awareness: Stay ahead of local Data & AI adoption patterns, regulatory changes, and competitor tactics.
