About the project

• As a TP Monitoring Specialist, you will have oversight of the completion of ongoing management activities performed by the business to ensure any changes or risk are being managed. This role includes ensuring activities are completed on time and accurately. You will also lead meetings with third parties and business lines to monitor the third parties performance, ensuring meeting contractual obligations and ensuring awareness of any changes to services provided.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor ongoing management activities to ensure completed timely, escalate as needed.
• Review alerts and reports for potential issues.
• Work with teams to investigate and resolve concerns.
• Facilitate meetings with business partners and third parties to monitor the relationship and report on performance.
• Partner with Risk peers to ensure any changes are risk assessed.
• Oversee completion of attestations.

Optional

• Expert-level proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and data transformation tools (e.g. Alteryx, SAS).
• Strong experience working with relational databases and querying languages such as SQL.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
