Your responsibilities

• Support our Training Service goals by creating media that simplifies complex topics and makes them easier to understand,
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, trainers, and subject-matter experts to transform technical content into visually compelling, effective learning materials, Design graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements for our courses. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet our team’s visual standards,
• Share your media expertise and help grow the team's knowledge,
• Contribute to a positive, open, and creatively-driven team culture,
• Follow production steps, suggesting improvements as needed,
• Participate in feedback and revision cycles, incorporating input from team members and stakeholders,
• Stay current on design and learning trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Our requirements

• 1+ year of experience working with graphics, animations, and media creation, particularly in the context of training, education, or knowledge transfer,
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools: Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects,
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring tools,
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), with good written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration,
• Ownership attitude and a focus on getting things done,
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution,
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities,
• Comfort working in an agile, cross-functional team environment, including collaboration within sprint-based workflows,
• Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate to Trójmiasto.

Optional

• Degree in art, media creation, graphics, animation, or other related fields,
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and UX/UI design principles,
