Your responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term engagement
• Communicate professionally in multiple European languages to strengthen client relationships
• Understand client needs and provide tailored support or solutions
• Gather feedback from clients and relay relevant insights to internal teams
• Occasionally visit clients in person, depending on project or business needs
• Cooperate with the sales, operations, and customer service departments to improve customer experience

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field of study)
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (e.g. Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, etc.)
• In addition, proficiency at B2 level in at least one or two other European languages is required (spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
• A proactive attitude, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for local or regional meetings
