About the project

• We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Product Team and focus on two key areas: Customer Data Platform and Integrations (Plugins, API, SDKs). In this role, we’re looking for a unique combination of strong technical expertise and solid product management skills.

Your responsibilities

• Lead Your Product Area: Serve as the product leader for your domain, owning the vision and execution of the Customer Data Platform and Integrations (Plugins, API, SDKs) within our AI, Automation & Big Data platform. Shape it so that our users can fully leverage customer data and seamless integrations to maximize value and enable powerful, flexible extensions. ‍
• Full-spectrum Product Management: Engage in every aspect of product management-not just backlog management-but including strategy, planning, execution, and market introduction. ‍
• Engage with Clients and Users: Interact with users and clients to understand their needs, present product features, and gather feedback to enhance our solutions. ‍
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, and implementation teams to bring products from concept to market. Align with other product teams to meet market needs and company goals.

Our requirements

• 3+ years of product‑management experience bringing AI‑driven, data‑centric products from concept to launch - specifically those that transform customer data into actionable insights.
• Proven success designing and shipping integrations—plugins, APIs, SDKs—that connect leading CRM and e‑commerce platforms to a broader Customer Data Platform and automation ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and hands-on experience with tools like Postman.
• Ability to balance technical depth with a user-first mindset.
• Skilled in data analytics, customer feedback, and iterative development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of ownership, solving problems independently, and adapting to changing business needs.
