Your responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of global recruiting strategies with a focus on cross-country searches.
  • Management of the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring.
  • Global collaboration with hiring managers and local HR colleagues for demand analysis and job profile definition.
  • Advising and supporting hiring managers in identifying target markets (strategic sparring partner).
  • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates from various countries.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining global talent pools.
  • Regular analysis and reporting of recruiting KPIs.
  • Active search for candidates on a global scale.

Our requirements

  • Fluent in English at C1 business level (working in an international environment exclusively in English)
  • Experience in global Talent Acquisition Department (an international environment) ideally in the consulting and a corporate environment.
  • Autonomy and Stakeholder Management: Candidates should be able to work independently and act as a sparring partner to both the hiring manager and local HR teams. This includes strong communication skills across various stakeholders, as well as the ability to provide strategic advice, constructively challenge decisions to support better outcomes.
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition Experience: It’s important that candidates bring experience with strategic TA projects, particularly around process optimization and standardization.
  • Experience in cross-country recruiting and awareness of cultural differences.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The candidate must be familiar with, understand, and be able to apply Recruiting KPIs and Psychometric Tools in practice.
  • Degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or a similar field.
