Your responsibilities

• Manage the Learning Management System - book venue, send invitations, track participants, manage certifications and upload new courses.
• Co- drive development of online and face-to-face trainings
• Support in developing evaluation and educational reports.
• Support further development and improvement of the Learning Management system.
• Be responsible for development of miscellaneous graphic productions.
• Take part in ongoing test of new learning tools and systems as well as conducting user tests of online trainings
• Review and update all courses and training materials, in cooperation with SME once a year
• Help with development of storyboards based on learning objectives

Our requirements

• Ideally, you have a Bachelor related to learning and development or at least 3 years of experience working as an Instructional Designer. You are familiar with managing LMS and have experience working with more authoring tools. You have strong IT, graphic and visual skills. You are motivated by learning new things and are comfortable by investigating new tools and systems. You speak English at a negational level. Further we expect that you have good communication and collaborative skills, can achieve goals and deliverables and are structured and detail-oriented
