About the project

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our customer team.

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects with a primary focus on client satisfaction and the achievement of project objectives.
• Your daily duties will include defining project scope, setting timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating both remote and onsite teams.
• You will also be tasked with risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met according to agreed standards.
• This position requires a flexible approach, with 50% of your work conducted remotely from Poland and the remaining 50% onsite at the customer’s office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Our requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to delivery
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with remote and onsite teams
• Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, approximately 50% of the time (delegation)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred
