Your responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret reinsurance contracts and treaty terms to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Enter, maintain, and validate contract and risk data in internal systems throughout the policy lifecycle
• Collaborate with Claims and Finance teams to ensure timely settlements and proper booking
• Support internal teams with ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, and operational improvements
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring clean and auditable records
• Participate in process optimization projects and implementation of regulatory changes

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reinsurance or (re)insurance operations
• Good understanding of reinsurance structures and terminology (facultative and treaty)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g. OFAC, sanctions, reporting)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of insurance platforms is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset and proactive approach to communication and issue resolution

Optional

• Experience working in an international or startup environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Insurance
• Familiarity with reinsurance platforms (e.g. Xchanging, OpenTWINS, SICS, Sequel)
• Experience with process design or project coordination
