Your responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and manage internal project team.
• Oversee end-to-end training operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to finalize training commitments and manage procurement processes.
• Administer contracts, including license allocation, usage tracking, reporting, and invoicing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a positive team culture.
• Drive process improvements and support pre-sales and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and deliverables, using HR technologies.

Our requirements

• Min. 5 years of proven experience in the HR domain, with a strong focus on Learning & Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A positive and proactive team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
• Strong background in HR service delivery and transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with HR technologies.
