The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration and a mid-level education in Human Resources or a related field. This role involves contributing to various HR processes and supporting the team with essential administrative tasks.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
• Assist in recruitment processes, including interview scheduling
• Prepare HR-related documentation and reports
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

what we expect

• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative HR role
• Mid-level education in Human Resources or a related field
• Proficiency in English (at least B1 level) and advanced knowledge of Polish
