Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak

Fully remote work mode from Poland.

Your daily tasks:

• Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);

• Meeting targets set by the client and management;

• Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;

• Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;

What do we expect from you?

• Language: Proficiency in Czech (C1), Slovak (C1) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);

• Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;

• Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;

• Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.

Working conditions:

• Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students and employment contract for other employees);
