The candidate must have:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct technical interviews (we will teach you how)
• Passion to psychology, communication, and human behaviour
• 2+ years of strong Linux experience (processes, memory managment; not need commercial exp, but you need to be poweruser, sysadmin, Linux dev, more is better)
• Know quite well at least 1 programming language (python, dart, javascript/typescript, java, haskell, whatever)
• Solid programming skills (design patterns, concurrency, multi threading)
• Fluent in English

The recruitment process for the Linux Recruitment Engineer position has following steps:

1. Survey ~ 10min
2. Screening - 30 min
3. Technical interview - 1h (depending on your experience and how fast we can go through some things)

Your responsibilities

1. Be a technical recruiter (we have ATS and administration covered, but need somebody to help evaluate technical skills)
2. Evaluate candidates’ technical skills directly from their resumes to ensure the right fit
3. Conduct technical screenings/interviews with candidates to quickly identify top talent
4. Provide valuable feedback after candidate interviews
5. Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to keep the pipeline flowing
