Requirements description

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, with a solid understanding of product-based business models;
  • Confident in leading product demos, persuasive, and skilled at handling objections;
  • English level of B2 or higher;
  • Experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), capable of setting up and automating workflows;
  • You are proactive, responsible, and results-driven.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in product companies;
  • Understanding the collaboration dynamics between sales, marketing, and product teams;
  • Ability to lead calls, launch initiatives, and take ownership of processes;
  • Experience in building or managing a sales team.

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to actively grow our new product aimed at automating Customer Support operations.

Your responsibilities

  1. Conducting product demos for potential clients (B2B segment) and driving deals to close;
  2. Actively contributing to the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy;
  3. Collaborating closely with marketing, outbound, and product teams to meet sales goals;
  4. Collecting and passing client feedback to the product team for continuous improvement;
  5. Analyzing and optimizing the sales funnel and processes;
  6. Playing a key role in building the sales department.
