  • You’re a power user of Excel and comfortable diving into spreadsheets
  • You have experience in an IT/project environment and a solid understanding of how project teams operate
  • You’re a multitasking ninja – juggling priorities without breaking a sweat
  • You’re independent, communicative, and quick to pick up new topics
  • You speak English fluently (at least B2 level) – both written and spoken
  • You’re a recent graduate or currently studying part-time (weekend studies) – and ready to gain hands-on experience
  • Most importantly – when you commit to something, you own it and see it through

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our project team - You’ll be the right hand (and sometimes the left!) of our Senior Project Manager, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Your responsibilities

  1. Be the go-to support for the Senior PM – taking care of tasks before they even hit their radar
  2. Build and maintain filters, reports, and dashboards in JIRA and Redmine – and do it like a pro
  3. Track and monitor tasks, timelines, dependencies, and risks – and flag issues before they become problems
  4. Collaborate with a skilled project team that knows their stuff – but needs someone who can “connect the dots” and handle what’s between the lines
