Who are you 🎯

• 4+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager
• Strong SAP background (e.g., hands-on experience or deep understanding of SAP modules, integrations, or implementations)
• Demonstrated success managing full SAP project lifecycles
• Experience with cutover planning, data migration, and go-live support
• Skilled in test management processes and tools
• Experience in engagement or stakeholder management roles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in German is a plus and English (written and verbal) is a must!

Preferred qualifications 📝

• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification (or equivalent project management qualification)
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies
• Previous experience in multinational or complex enterprise environments

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
2. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
3. Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration
4. Drive cutover and migration strategies, ensuring minimal business disruption
5. Act as the Engagement Manager, maintaining stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project
6. Oversee test management activities, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
