Proven experience in a technical support or service delivery role
Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC
Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Fluent English on min. B2 level - both, written and spoken
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently
Focus is on streamlining operations to improve speed or efficiency or provide a better experience for the user or customer
