• Currently enrolled as student in a related field.

• We expect you to be very good at English as well as being capable of assisting with the maintenance and improvement of Falck ISMS.

• Experience in efficient usage of the communication capabilities with the Microsoft Office platform.

• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps.

• We work to automate further operational tasks and use our Falck version of AI to optimize workflows, so experience with large language models would be much welcomed.

• We expect you to be able to work minimum of 2 days a week.

• You have an independent work style, are a skilled communicator and ready to engage in new tasks with a can-do and professional attitude.

• You have a high level of integrity, communicate respectfully and are open and trustworthy.

• We are looking for someone that shows initiative, can keep deadlines and is able to complete tasks.

Student Assistant – Working with Governance, Risk and Compliance in the Cybersecurity and IT Compliance

Have you developed your communication skills and do you want to work with Cybersecurity and IT compliance? Are you enrolled at a University in the Copenhagen area? We expect you to excel at coordination and administration and to have great English skills. If so, we have the perfect student assistant job for you at Falck Global IT Cyber Security and IT Compliance team. Our current student just graduated, and we are looking for a replacement!

Your responsibilities

1. Improve our communication both to our technical colleagues as well as our great workforce.
2. Cooperate with the team members to establish guidelines and communication based on our ISO certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) – both on Data Privacy and Cyber Security.
3. Work with compliance templates, reporting activities, external audits, keep information updated on SharePoint, Teams and on our Cyber Security and IT compliance website on Falck Internet, update documentation in Falck’s ISMS and conduct ad hoc assignments depending on your competencies and interests.
4. You will have a considerable degree of freedom to take on new and interesting assignments as Student Assistant in the Falck Cyber Security and IT Compliance team. Your competencies will be in play across the organization, and you will have excellent opportunities of strengthening your skills.
