Requirements description

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager

• Proven success in leading full-cycle software delivery projects

• Deep knowledge of project management frameworks and best practices (PMBOK or equivalent)

• Previous experience in software outsourcing environment

• Solid technical background; prior hands-on experience in technical roles (e.g. developer, QA engineer) is a plus

• Experience managing cross-functional, remote teams of 5-10 members across different locationsProficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder  management skills

• Advanced level of spoken and written English

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience delivering AI/ML-based solutions

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR or hands-on experience in cybersecurity

• Previous collaboration with US-based startups

PROJECT

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager with a strong background in project management to join our Delivery Management team. We work with a diverse portfolio of software projects for our clients ranging from innovative startups to established enterprises, primarily located in the USA, Norway, Iceland, and Germany.

We are currently seeking a proactive, energetic leader to manage two key projects for US-based startups (in the AI and ClimateTech domains), drive pre-sales efforts, and contribute to our collaborative company culture.  You will be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery on all stages within agreed deadlines, scope, quality, and budget. You will also be responsible for building trustful relationship with customers, managing their expectations while being the main contact point for them. Be ready to accept the challenge of building a great team with positive team spirit and a nice culture while working remotely. You will be working closely with an experienced management team located in Ukraine and Europe.

Your responsibilities

1. Take full ownership of project delivery across all phases (from initiation to closure)
2. Work closely with customers to deeply understand their business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans
3. Collaborate with Product Managers and customers to shape the product roadmap and release strategy
4. Define project deliverables, staffing needs, timelines, and budgets
5. Build and maintain strong, trustful relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact
6. Define and optimize the project team setup; lead staffing, motivation, retention, and performance evaluation activities
