Unisystech Consulting is a Canadian software house specializing in fintech and banking solutions. We're currently looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our HR department. In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of administrative and human resources tasks — from onboarding and offboarding to employee support and compliance.

Your responsibilities

  1. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, such as employee contracts, onboarding paperwork, and personnel files
  2. Update and maintain employee records in the HR information system (HRIS)
  3. Provide support in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires
  4. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  6. Support the resolution of employee issues and concerns, escalating to senior HR staff when necessary
