Requirements description

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Business System Analyst in the development of complex web systems
• Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Understanding of REST and microservices architecture
• At least basic SQL knowledge and ability to create queries
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Full proficiency in English (at least C1) and Polish (native)
• At least basic knowledge of SCRUM

Your responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze requirements for new software and services
2. Create backlogs, diagrams, and technical documentation
3. Master and challenge requirements gathered from stakeholders (internal and external)
4. Sketch UI and mock up REST services
5. Collaborate closely with engineering teams, operations, and stakeholders
6. Participate in testing of provided solutions
