Your responsibilities

  1. Provides IT support to customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of their Digital Workplace. In order to provide the high-quality standard service to customers, Service Desk Analysts analyzes and resolves most common enquiries and cooperates with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues.
