Requirements description

• 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering
• Proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
• Experience in REST API development and service integration
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (GitLab CI, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Machine Learning workflows or MLOps tools
• Familiarity with LLMs and multi-agent GenAI systems from an engineering perspective
• Fluent in English (B2+) and comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment

Nice to Have

• Background in High-Performance Computing (HPC)
• Previous work in life sciences or pharma
• Understanding of GenAI evaluation frameworks or model governance

Your responsibilities

1. Implement and evolve GenAI-based tools and services in Python
2. Design and maintain RESTful APIs for model interaction and data workflows
3. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployments (GitLab CI, GitOps, Kubernetes)
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in an agile setup
5. Provide hands-on support in ML engineering, model integration, and LLM pipeline development
