Requirements description

• At least 5 years of experience in senior engineering roles, including leadership experience
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, as well as define and execute OKRs using agile principles
• Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET
• Experience with multiple programming languages and technologies, or a strong willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technological challenges
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD (or similar) and deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in logging and monitoring system performance using Prometheus and Grafana (or similar)
• Background in building highly scalable, performant, and mission-critical services
• Fluency in English

Your responsibilities

1. Plan and organise quarterly goals and the day-to-day activities of the team, facilitate career growth discussions and conduct performance reviews
2. Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to refine requirements, divide work into clear milestones, identify blockers, ensure effective cross-team collaboration
3. Facilitate technical conversations within and outside the team
4. Collaborate with the team to develop features and ensure their success through our in-house A/B testing platform
5. Choose adequate technical and business metrics to monitor features and manage risks
6. Write clean, efficient and maintainable code, evangelising coding standards and best practices to ensure the platform's stability and scalability
