Requirements description

Your skills:

• Experience in IT project management and coordinating Agile teams (at least 2 years).
• Experience in PDL and delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
• Ability to analyze project requirements, identify dependencies and potential risks, and develop strategies to achieve project goals within specified timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Business English language knowledge.
• Experience with project management methodologies. (Agile, SCRUM / Kanban)
• Skilled in coordinating project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Strong people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop, maintain, and execute project goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s strategy.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
3. Manage relationships between the customer and the development teams, ensuring transparency and enhancing partnership collaboration.
4. Collecting, analyzing, and translating customer feedback and requests into functional requirements and user stories.
