Requirements description

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security, including leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Nessus
• Strong background in incident response and security monitoring
• Excellent command of English (required)
• Good command of German (strongly preferred)
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 are a strong plus

As the IT Security Team Lead, you will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a small international cybersecurity team. You will work closely with global IT, compliance, and business units to ensure the security of our systems and processes.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a small international IT Security team
2. Enhance and manage security processes including Endpoint Protection, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, and Incident Response
3. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business units across the organization
4. Ensure internal and regulatory compliance of all security policies and procedures
