Requirements description

  • 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience (Apex & VisualForce)
  • Hands-on experience with Apex classes, Asynchronous Apex, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce pages, SOQL & SOSL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Apex Callouts, Unit test classes, Salesforce Security model and Lightning Components.
  • Experience with different deployment techniques such as change sets, ant, Jenkins
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Approval Processes and change sets.
  • Proven ability to create high-quality and detailed documentation.
  • Certifications - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Salesforce CPQ Experience
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Experience with HTML, JQuery, AJAX, JSON and CSS
  • Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces
  • Salesforce Certified Developer II certification will be an added advantage

Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation.

Your responsibilities

  1. Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals.
  2. Participate in design phases for a variety of platform enhancements from small tickets to medium to large scale projects/programs including identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues.
  3. Responsible for design/code reviews to help promote consistent quality coding practices and standards, as well as constructively improve secure coding.
  4. Consult with Application Owners, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Testers and Digital Partners to enable Digital Experience Solutions leveraging Motorola Solutions’ CRM (Salesforce CPQ) and e-Commerce (Salesforce Experience Cloud) Capabilities.
  5. Pilot and implement new CRM (Salesforce CPQ) and e-Commerce (Salesforce Experience Cloud) functionality.
  6. Provide technical support of CRM (Salesforce CPQ) and e-Commerce technology, especially during upgrades/fixes. This could include occasional after-hours support, especially during major system upgrades or possibly quarter-end or year-end periods.
