Team description

Freshly formed backend team operating in Brno, Czech Republic, and Gdańsk, Poland. Implementing critical features, providing quality infrastructure, and innovation in the Extensions Framework allows monitoring virtually any type of technology by combining the simplicity of declarative extensions (SNMP, WMI, Prometheus, SQL-based) with the power of Python-based data sources.

Compensation and Rewards

• We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not aB2Bcontract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month

Your responsibilities

1. You will develop a product that is essentially a distributed debugger running invisibly in complex production environments, delivering maximum value while incurring minimum overhead.
2. You will develop an application that works both in multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
3. You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation.
4. You will be a part of a mature development team with years of experience.
5. You will have one day per sprint devoted just to self-development and mentoring from best-in-class software engineers.
6. You will have the opportunity to convert your ideas into patents with your name on them.
